The 18th International Congress on Neutron Capture Therapy was held successfully for the first time in Taipei, Taiwan from October 28 through November 2, 2018. We are honored to invite Dr. Schwint to share her insights into the current situation of her field, some recent research projects together with the findings and challenges encountered, and her genuine advice and encouragement to young researchers.
